Hiking dress

So after hiking, and wearing them almost all the time, the hiking skirts I tried one of the "Cargo Pocket Dresses" Amazing!! They have the same great cargo pockets as the hiking skirts, same great range of motion and no bulk under the backpack hip belt. The fit and feel is great. It took a couple minutes to get used to because it is so light it almost felt like I wasn't wearing anything. This could be my new go to for backpacking

LHG wins again!

I’m relatively new to the hiking, backpacking scene and I’ve only hiked in LHG skirts. I started with purple and found my true favorite in the printed cargo skirts. Imagine my excitement when I saw there was now an offering of a dress with the features of the skirt! I
chose a new print, Gray Stone. It arrived quickly and ticks all of my boxes for the perfect garment for my hikes. It weighs less than what a printed skirt weighs, 6.3 oz. , yet covers my top side too. It covers my shoulders, which helps my straps not rub. It has a functional modest length, and those pockets are a dream. The fabric dries super fast, so I don’t foresee a problem with that, it also has just enough room to layer leggings underneath yet it fits closely enough to wear a fleece over it. I love the dress so much it’s become part of my regular wardrobe. My hike isn’t even until the end of the month. I’ll see if I can update my review after I have worn the dress on the trails.

Great dress

I think this may be my new favorite dress! The fabric is super light and airy. I hiked about 700 miles in it in Arizona most of it on the Arizona Trail and part of it on an overgrown trail along the Verde River. It held up very well and only shows some wear from thorns snagging on seams, which is really impressive considering the state of the Verde river trail. I have the printed flower/cosmic one and it’s so pretty!
I sized up quite a bit because I wanted it loose fitting which was great for warmer days. I was worried about ordering something with sleeves because I have larger upper arms but the cut is such that there is no issue with tightness. I’d probably order my normal size now that I’m down a few pounds again.

Cargo pocket dress

Love all the dresses, but the cargo dress is my all time favorite!! The larger pockets are great and don't interfere with my legs. I like the side placement. Love having my shoulders covered and this makes sure that my pack straps don't rub. The slimmer fit makes the dress look great on me and is usable for so much more than hiking!!. The longer length is appealing too. You all scored 100 on this one!
